Purpose and scope:

The product is used for dairy materials and containers in situ cleaning equipment, and also applies to breweries, beverage plant and food plant materials as well as pipes and equipment cleaning. The cleaning fluid delivery device uses centrifugal pipeline materials and equipment in the container for forced circulation to reach the purpose of cleaning. Main structure and working principle:

This equipment mainly consists of acid-base fluid tank, clean tank, rack, cleaning fluid dispenser and pump. Three storage tanks used for storing cleaning fluid where cleaning process requirements can be prepared in accordance with cleaning fluid composition, concentration. The cleaning fluid can be heated to the required temperature. Tank is a pressure vessel, made of stainless-steel plate, barrel body thermometer equipment, and back and output interfaces. The top has two holes and a cleaning fluid inlet, and the bottom also has a condensate outlet and waste outlet. Acid-base fluid and waste water emissions in the tank connect to the pipe at the bottom left.
Splitter is sent through a cleaning fluid over the external where it may form a cycle of cleaning fluid return line system.
The racks are made of stainless-steel materials.
