Plate ultra-high temperature sterilization unit (UHT) is the introduction of foreign technology and ultra-high temperature sterilization that developed a new generation of fluid material sterilization equipment. The use of modern engineering equipment is widely used in new high-BR and BP plate heat exchanger through the material and superheated steam (or hot water) and non-contact heat exchange so that the fluid material can achieve the required sterilization temperature in a relatively short period of time while ensuring effective heat transfer and easy cleaning of milk, fruit juice, vegetable juice. The machine can be used to heat the liquid beverage and food aseptic system using high-precision products and water temperature control. The product from the balance tank flows into the heat exchanger in the heating part and the heat kills bacteria after the cold heat exchanger. Material temperature rises to a predetermined value, then indirectly by the steam-heated water heats to 120 ℃ where the material in the holding tube maintains the required ultra-high temperature of sterilization for a period of time. Product from the holding tube came out with the cold materials for heat exchange, and finally cools in the cooling section to a predetermined outlet temperature. The whole process is carried out in a closed state to ensure the stability of the purpose of biological materials. Heating adjustable according to the user based on the material, insulation, cooling of different sterilization process to meet various process requirements.
The unit is consisted mainly of the material balance and distribution system, heat exchanger systems, piping materials, system, hot water piping systems, steam piping system, hot water heating system, the material automatic return system, automatic temperature control system and electrical control system composition.
