Titanium Stick Filter
Product application:

Titanium rod filter using titanium powder sintered filter, generally used for rough filtration or intermediate filter. This filter has high precision, high temperature and corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength and is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry and housing material following GMP standard.

Uses: The filter of 316L stainless steel material can be used for the internal filter of titanium tubes that are high temperature, high pressure, strong acid, alkali, corrosion resistant. This product can be used repeatedly for renewable purposes and can be widely used in food, beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical industries as well as the liquid-solid separation process in the pharmaceutical industry, especially for large infusion and injection production line decarburization filter. This series has a compact shape and beautiful production according to GMP standard with pipe fittings to connect to international standards. Quick and removable for easy cleaning.

Caution:

1.To avoid the collision scratches, dust and oil.
2.In use of its working pressure should not exceed the rated working pressure.
3.Normal use, at least 3-5 minutes of low-voltage start-up time, the relative 0.5Mpa pressure should be controlled in the following, and then gradually transferred to the normal working pressure of work required (maximum pressure of not more than 0.4Mpa).
4.Products work to a certain period after the operation, may be due to clogged filter element, resulting in increased pressure to reduce traffic, need recoil or back wash. Regeneration cycle depending on the rated pressure and flow may be.

Cleaning method:

The titanium rod filter being in use for some time to a certain degree of congestion may result in flow reduction and increased pressure on the front filter such as an increase from 0.22 Mpa to 0.3 Mpa, then filter cleaning in adherence with the following methods should be employed:
1.For new use of the filter, use the general water recoil cleaning method that is slightly higher than the working pressure (such as 0.3 Mpa) in the opposite direction of the water injection cleaning. Recoil time is about 1 to 3 minutes.
2.If the filter effect is not obvious after several wash, soak using a 5% hydrochloric acid solution, or 8% sulfuric acid solution, or 10% of NaOH solution at room temperature, then rinse.
It should be easy to filter impurities by dissolving it in liquid acid or alkali of choice.
